Planning Work Plan (PWP)
The Planning Work Program (PWP) outlines the transportation planning priorities, activities, timelines, and funding for the Southeastern Oklahoma Regional Transportation Planning Organization (SERTPO) and South Central Oklahoma Regional Transportation Planning Organization (SCORTPO). Each PWP is developed by the Southern Oklahoma Development Association (SODA) and Kiamichi Economic Development District of Oklahoma (KEDDO), in coordination with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), and is updated annually.
The PWP serves as:
A guide for regional transportation planning activities.
A scheduling and budgeting tool for projects.
A requirement for receiving State Planning & Research (SPR) funds.
